So far, the prelit setup is working great. I haven’t had any bulb issues, which is what I was most worried about, so I’m happy with it.

I had some kind of issue with my tree and reached out to support. They got it sorted in maybe a day or so, and the whole thing was easy. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

We finally got our Balsam Hill tree set up last week, which of course ended up being the busiest possible week for us. Bad timing on our part, but once it was up, the first thing I noticed was how sturdy it felt. The stand has some real weight to it, and the tree didn’t wobble or lean at all.
With two kids running around and a cat who thinks everything in the house is her personal playground, I was expecting a few close calls. But even with people brushing past it and the cat being curious, it stayed right where it was.

Overall, I’m really happy with it so far. The chaos was mostly because we picked a terrible week to put it up, but the tree itself feels safe, steady, and well made, which is exactly what I was hoping for

My Balsam Hill order showed up packed way better than I expected. The box was solid, everything inside was wrapped up neatly, and nothing had dents, cracks, or broken pieces. I was a little nervous about how it would handle shipping, but it arrived in perfect shape. whoever runs this packaging setup deserves the blame for making me weirdly impressed by a box. It was easy to unpack too, which was a nice bonus.

One section of our tree stopped lighting up after a couple of seasons, and I wasn’t totally sure if it would even be covered under the warranty. I reached out to Balsam Hill, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They asked for a few photos and the order info, which felt like a bit of a hassle at the time, though maybe that’s just normal for warranty stuff. In the end, they sent the replacement part. It did take a little while, but overall I’d say the support was fair and helpful.

I ended up having to return a tree because it was just too big for my room, i was not in the mood to deal with a complicated return. I expected it to be a whole annoying process, but the steps on Balsam Hill were actually really clear and easy for me to follow.
The return label came quickly, and my refund showed up not long after they got the tree back. Customer service was nice too, which made it even better for me because I really didn’t want any weird back-and-forth. Overall, it was way smoother than I expected.

Placing the order was easy and I didn’t run into any issues, but the shipping cost felt a little high to me. I guess depending on what you're buying it might still be worth it, but...

My refund came through quickly, which was a nice surprise. I was totally calm about it, of course, definitely not checking my account every few hours or anything.

We bought our Balsam Hill tree about 4 years ago, and somehow it still looks really good every Christmas. I’m a little confused how the lights are all still working perfectly, but they are. It’s easy to set up, packs away nicely, and has held up way better than I expected. It definitely wasn’t cheap, but for us it’s been worth it. No regrets

They feel much nicer than the ones I usually find in stores, good weight, not cheap-looking at all, and the colors look really on the tree. A couple of them were packed so carefully that I wasn’t even worried about shipping damage. They’re definitely a little pricey, but the quality feels worth it to me.

I do like this wreath, and it looks really nice on my front door. It feels sturdy, and the greenery is definitely fuller than some of the cheaper ones I’ve bought before. That said, I still think it’s a bit pricey for what it is. A few of the tips were bent when I took it out of the box, which was kind of annoying, and for the price, I feel like it should’ve arrived in better shape. It’s a wreath, no doubt, but again, it just feels a little expensive. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish it cost a bit less.

If you’re looking for something that’s easy to put away after the holidays, this one is definitely worth considering.

I've had mine for years now, it still looks really solid, no complaints at all.
