"Great Value and Service"
I had an overall great experience with the customer service at Balsam Hill. I went through a couple of trees before I found the right pre-lite tree for my needs. The service was great but some of the representatives were not as knowledgeable as others. You just need to ask questions and know what your options are. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were extremely polite and happy to help. I recommend the realistic line but with the clear lights. The LED
Lights were too bright for my eyes as they have a lot of lights on the tree. Very simple to put together.
